Robert Milkins overcame Judd Trump 5-4 in an entertaining match Trump made breaks of 68 and 67 to lead 2-1 Milkins came back to lead 3-2 and 4-3 with a 72 break.

Ricky Walden, North Wales faces the home clubs Joe Jogia in semi final.

Walden using a new cue crushed English Amateur Champion Jimmy Robertson 4-0, 103 break then produced a devasting scoring blast to beat Jamie Cope 4-1 the former Shanghai Masters winner opened with 100 and 105, Cope countered with a 129, Walden then added further century′s of 110 and 102.
