Summary
England's Shaun Murphy eased through to the quarter-finals of the Masters at Alexandra Palace, beating compatriot Martin Gould 6-2.

Gould won the first frame with a break of 108, before Murphy took the next four with runs of 59, 107, 69 and 82.
A late fightback seemed to be on the cards when London-born Gould took the sixth frame with a run of 79.
But it was too little too late with the 2005 World Champion sealing the win with breaks of 89 and 139.
The 29-year-old will play either Mark Selby or Stephen Lee in the quarter-finals on Friday.

This is why i originaly built MaXimumbreak to pass on some of my knowledge and now the site is going from strength to strength. Long may it continue...
