Ding JunhuiWorld Snooker will not take any further action after a fan was ejected from the Masters final amid claims of abuse towards Chinese star Ding Junhui.

A spokesman told BBC Radio Five Live there was no further evidence and no official complaint had been registered.

A visibly upset Ding suffered a 10-3 defeat by Ronnie O'Sullivan at a rowdy Wembley, saying the crowd put him off.

"If Ding has been abused at all, there must be quite a few witnesses," said O'Sullivan's communications director.
