ADAM BOBAT V SHANE CASTLE

Adam Bobat, Fareham and Shane Castle, Southampton both from the same area will meet in the final of the EASB Under 14’s final again sponsored by Northern SC, Leeds on the EASB finals weekend May 22/23^rd.

Both players only lost one frame during the last 16 stage Adam Bobat runner up in the event two years ago defeated Thomas Goldstein 4-0, 47 break Daniel Legassick 4-1 5^th frame on the black and Aaron Davies 4-0, 41 break in the first frame.

Impressive Shane Castle beat Jorge Thomas 4-0 with breaks of 57 and 53, Keiran Dwyer 4-0 breaks of 62 and 55 and finally Jordan Winbourne 4-1 after losing the first frame Castle make breaks of 82 and 60, Winbourne 40.

Winbourne had made breaks of 40,40 and 72 in his previous match a 4-2 win over Luke Smith and knocked out last seasons runner up Darryl Hill by the same score in the first round.
