Ninety two players spread across 5 zones took part in Event 1, EASB Regional Junior Tour with the North at Cue Gardens, Bradford fielding a third of the entrants.

The top 3 players in each region are promoted to the Premier Junior Tour set 48 field next season the next three in each area rankings compete for the remaining spaces made available mainly through age (Under 21) on June 6th.
128 players took part in the overall tour a review of the numbers will take place through the summer with possibly a further spilt in the regions due to the events continuing success.

North – Northern SC, Leeds Sanderson Lam, Leeds made home advantage count by winning the regions 4th Regional Junior Tour defeating Sean Pritchard, Preston in his 2nd series final 2-0. Midlands – Willie Thorne SC Shahrukh Nasir, Birmingham and Nikolas Charalambous, Newmarket are also almost promoted to the PJT next season, Nasir defeated Lewis Mayes, Laindon 2-1 in a late final in Leicester to win his 2nd title on the pink. South – Riley’s, Plymouth Consistent Lawrence Oliver, Milton Keynes has taken over at the top of the rankings defeating the home towns Michael Grinstead a quarter finalist in the previous three events in his first final 2-1.

The English Regional Junior Tour is a set five events for players Under 20 played in three area’s North, Midlands and South at various clubs through the season.
The eventual top 3 players in each area will be promoted to the Premier Junior Tour that comprises of a set 48 players.
Player’s who finish 4-6 in the three area’s on the RJT play off next May for any additional PJT places.

HARRISON SOUTHERN DOUBLE JONES AGAIN RUNNER UP Ben Harrison defeated Nathan Jones again 2-0 in the 2nd EASB Regional Tour final, Chandlers Ford SC repeating his triumph in the first event to build up a big lead at the top of the rankings with four events remaining.
