This is the Official Rules and Terms of Use with which you must abide by while participating on Maximumbreak.com. The basic rules for participation on the Maximumbreak.com website are simple: be polite, use common sense and don't break the rules.
We will enforce the policies outlined here. We reserve the right to remove, modify or move posts at our discretion and without explanation. If you have any questions, please e-mail or PM the moderators if you do not understand any of the rules, guidelines or policies outlined below.
In addition to the rules posted here, members are required to read any individual forum rules which may be posted at the top of specific forums as sticky threads or important announcements. Maximumbreak.com moderators assume members have read the rules, and will not take ignorance of any rules as an excuse for not following any rules, policies, and guidelines outlined here, and in the forum specific rules. Suspension of your account is a definite consequence of not adhering to these
rules.
FORUMS AND DISCUSSIONS
General Forum and Blog Rules
These rules apply to all Forum and Blog categories. You are not allowed to post the same message on multiple forums - this is considered spamming and will not be tolerated. The message board has been divided into several specific categories that you can choose from. The administrator and/or the moderators has the right to move a topic to the appropriate forum category as they sees fit.
Each forum is specifically tailored to address certain topics. Therefore, you are responsible for initiating new threads in the correct forum. You should stay on-topic at all times. The administrator and/or moderators may move your post to the appropriate category as necessary.
Foul and abusive language is not permitted. Although some words will be filtered and censored, it is recommended that you participate in a civilized and polite manner.
Harrassing other users and participants will not be tolerated. Harassment means "to trouble or annoy continually; to make repeated attacks on someone without foundation or proof".
Proper etiquette is required for participation on the Maximumbreak.com Forum and Blog.
Anyone found to be harassing users for any reason will be warned, then removed. This removal is permanent and will not be revoked for whatever reason. Only the administrator will make the final decision if a member should be permanently removed for harassment of other users and shall not recieve any refund for remaining membership time.
Along with harassment, trolling is prohibited and any user deemed to be trolling will be immediately warned, then banned if he/she continues to offend. The administrator will be the final arbiter as to if a user is trolling.
In addition, members who continually participate in verbal battles regardless of the who started it will be warned and then removed. It is simply best to "walk" away and never fall prey to trolls.
Participants may not post on behalf of any banned member. This includes all forums, Blogs and private messages. Participants may not post words or URLs that are censored by adding spaces, dots, or substituting characters; or by any other means in an attempt to defeat any censors put in place by Maximumbreak.com. Participants may not use discussions to recommend, praise, or belittle other products or services, or any company; without first hand experience of those products or services. This includes companies recommending other companies. Any post not meeting a moderator's criteria will be removed without notice.
Any posts that encourage illegal intent will be removed and the account disabled.
Forum Specific Rules - These rules apply to all forums
Commercial and personal advertising IS NOT allowed in the Forums.
Participants may not publish or discuss any information regarding their product or services, or future (possible) products or services, or any product or services they are (currently) associated with. This includes, but not limited to suggesting your own services, or services of partners, clients, employers or friends. Participants may only discuss details about their company and/or product offerings when the thread starter or poster has made direct reference to their company and stated something untrue or misleading, or something which clearly needs clarifying. The response must be in direct reference to the point discussed only and contain no added promotional information. It is advisable when in the above scenario to contact the moderators first.
You may not solicit the membership for feedback or suggestions on their product or services. There are available databases where applicable businesses may list their business free of charge. Comments such as "You could get a better deal at.....", or "Your price is way too high for that...", or "That design stinks....", etc. will be removed and your account will be suspended. Any attempts to defraud or deceive our members with bogus advertisement or products may result in your account being suspended. Moderators will use their discretion, depending on the nature of the post, as to whether to take action or not.
Content Filtering
The Administrator and/or moderators reserves the right to edit, delete, or prune any and all Messages which, in our opinion, violates any of the rules as stated above. The Administrator and/or moderators may elect, at its sole discretion, to monitor some, all, or no areas of the message board for adherence to these rules and guidelines. TERMS OF USE
Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through Maximumbreak.com, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that Maximumbreak.com is under no obligation to become involved. In the event that you have a dispute with one or more other users, you hereby release Maximumbreak.com, its officers, employees, agents and successors in rights from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind or nature, known or unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and

REFUNDS
Refunds can only be given if you are not satisfied with the members website after your 7 days period of our guarantee, if you feel that you have gained nothing from our content. You need to send an email of disaproval and an valid explanation of why you are dissatisfied with the Maximumbreak sites content, refunds will only be given with a valid email of explaination.
ACCOUNT ACTIVATION
Maximumbreak.com regularly cleans our member database to keep our member community current and active. After your account has been activated, your member account will automatically be generated by our system. After logging in for the first time, you can change your profile and other various choices. Members account pages will always be active on our system and your details will always be in our database.
TERMINATION
We take these rules VERY seriously! We do not tolerate ANY members who violate the rules. Any member who intentionally violates the rules will receive one warning, and will be permanently removed from the Forum after a second offense. The Administrator reserves the right to terminate your use of the Maximumbreak.com Forum at anytime, with or without notice. Following termination, at our sole option, the Forum Administrator or moderators may remove some or all of your messages from the website or leave it available for public review, without need of notice or approval from you.
CONTACT
Any user who feels that a Message is objectionable may request the Forum/Blog Administrator to delete the said Message by sending an email to the Administrator. Upon receipt of such a request, the Administrator will determine, in his sole opinion, if such deletion is necessary. If deemed necessary, the Administrator will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable period of time. Opinions, advice and all other information expressed by participants in discussions are those of the author. You rely on such information at your own risk. Participants are urged to seek professional advice for specific, individual situations and not rely solely on advice or opinions given in the discussions.
