Hannah Jones - Video Vault

Video Footage of Hannah

I have decided to put small pieces of footage of Hannah playing at venues and practicing to give people an idea of how she looks when playing and to see how she is improving. Just select the video and save it to your hard drive. It should play in Windows Media Player. I am working on streaming video but that is a step too far at the moment.

EASB Junior Tour 1
Hannah practicing in Hartlepool Snooker Centre the night before the event. Hannah can be seen potting a few snooker balls and cueing fairly smoothly. The next day though her coach Roger Stevenson-Revil tightened up on her approach to the table and this transformed her cue action. Now there is no movement in her head or arm as she has found the right line of shot before she gets down to play. She does sight like a certain Mr Hendry which includes looking at the pocket but you can't see it on this video.

11/11/2006 EASB under 14 Hannah practicing just before the tournament proper. She has grown further and looks much better on the shot. She is developing her screw back shot and this can been seen in this footage. Enjoy Willie Thorne Snooker Club, Leicester
18/11/2006 Ladies British Open Hannah playing Laura Alves in the quarter finals of the plate. She won her match 2-1 to progess to the semi finals - her first - against Christine Sharpe. She knocks in a 17 break. Another good bit of timing from her old man. Cueball, Derby

World Snooker Academy
Hannah practising at the World Snooker Academy in Sheffield. She is on a break and the first red, black, red was missed due to me fumbling with the video camera. It was a great day for her. She loved playing on those tables and seemed to get used to them fairly quickly. She played around 6 hours of snooker and wanted to stay and keep playing but we had to drag her away.
